Delivery Info & Payments

PAYMENT

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Paypal, you do not need a paypal account to use this system.

Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds that have been paid to louloupurple have cleared in full.

POSTING

All items will be sent 1st class unless otherwise stated. Your order will usually be sent to you in 3 to 5 working days of receipt of payment.

We will always email you to confirm when your item has been despatched.

HOW POSTAL CHARGES ARE CALCULATED

The maximum postage we charge will only be £3.35 unless you require recorded delivery for this £1.10 is added.

Postage for orders over £35 is free.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local to Dolgellau and wish to pick your items up and save on P&P. Enter pickup in the voucher code box on checkout and P&P will be free.
You can collect your items from our shop Louloupurple in Dolgellau, Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm

 

HOW ITEMS ARE PACKED

We always ensure packages are sent out securely and in bubble envelopes, board backed envelopes or boxed with a return address in case your parcel should be un-delivered. If necessary we will also wrap with extra bubble wrap to make sure that your item(s) arrives in the perfect condition it was sent out to you.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED

If for any reason you receive your item damaged then you must inform us immediately, so that we can make a claim through Royal Mail. Please make sure you keep the original packaging it was delivered in and return it to us. We will then replace items for you.

MISSING PARCELS

Thankfully this is very rare but if you do not receive your parcel please email us and we will look into it – We always obtain a proof of postage but this is NOT an insurance, we will always try to offer recorded delivery as a payment option.

Please remember that parcels are not classed as missing by Royal Mail until 15 days have elapsed. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 days have passed from the date of posting, please contact us, we will instigate a claim with Royal Mail. You will be refunded in full or if available the item(s) will be replaced (this may not always possible depending on stock availability).

OVERSEAS SALES.

We do accept overseas orders.

If you would like to place an order and you live outside of the UK please do the following.

Send an email to info@louloupurple.co.uk with the items that you wish to order.

Send your name, full address and the email address you use for PayPal.

I can then package and weigh the items and email you how much postage will be to send to your address.

I will then send you an invoice via PayPal. Once you have paid I will then post the items to you.

Overseas postage will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed only.
